if your order is a gift
If the order you are placing is a gift, please enter the name and mailing address of the person receiving the gift in the NOTES section of the cart. Use your credit or debit card billing address as the shipping address. For your card to go through successfully, the shipping address must match your card info.

Your order will be filled within 24 hours and shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
We are centrally located just outside of the greater Kansas City area so most of the time you will receive your order within 2-4 days of shipping.
returnS + exchanges
You may exchange new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the exchange is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item). The item must be in resellable condition.
You should expect to receive your exchange within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your exchange more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it.
